I just had my peace of mind servicing. Oil change, summer tires on, winter tires stored, air filters, the whole works all done in one day. Yea. Best part for me was my dogs are welcome there. Also to note they clearly explained to me what was needed to be replaced and why along with the cost. No surprises.

We just purchased a new Tucson hybrid and are very pleased with the vehicle and the staff at River City. Our salesman David was sincere, attentive and genuine. My wife mentioned she loves apple fritters, so he made sure there was one in the vehicle when we came to pick it up. The Sales Manager Jazz had to work some magic to get a vehicle shipped and ready for us due to a recall curveball from Hyundai (which is good that they are proactively addressing issues before vehicles leave the lot). Jason and Adam in finance were very down to Earth and personable. A special shout out to Billy the General Sales Manager, there was a trim piece that was damaged accidentally during detailing and he got it replaced, no questions asked, to make sure we got a pristine vehicle. We'd also like to recognize the ladies at the front desk and the service team, they have always been upbeat and pleasant any time we've phoned or visited in person. Great job River City!

We had an amazing experience with these people. David went above and beyond showing us vehicles from a distance. We weren't able to go down as it's a far drive so he made it like we were right there with his videos. The whole staff....David, Jason, Adam, Neil, Jazz....worked very hard to get a vehicle that worked for us. This may be the best car shopping experience we've ever had. All our questions were answered quickly and we felt like we were being heard through the whole experience. On top of all this, we got an amazing vehicle. My engine started making noise and when I brought my Santa Fe in for diagnostics, I was told my engine is going to quit working. I listened to my options and thought about it for a couple of days. Mother's Day weekend I got a call (5th day) from River City saying Hyundai Canada is going to replace my engine. I was so happy and I got my car back in just a few days. They helped me find a vehicle and got everything processed so quickly. I needed a new vehicle before summer fully started and holy crap did they deliver when it came to efficiency!

This was supposed to be a 5 star review; it certainly started out that way. Diana is lovely. She booked my appointment and went above and beyond to help me. However, now that she's on vacation, I'm dealing with other people who are not honoring the commitment that was made. I wanted this to be a good review and experience, however, all I'm hearing is the reasons I can't be helped anymore. Im a person of integrity that follows through on my word and I am genuinely confused why I waited for 3 hours just to be told I can't and won't be helped, even after speaking with the service manager. There's a shoulder shrug, too bad, so sad energy which I don't find helpful as a first time customer. I do not feel valued and unsure where to go from here.
