I'm a soldier, and often I'm away. I call Matt in servicing specifically, and he jumps through hoops to take care of my wife and I. If it wasn't for his hard work, I wouldn't have had a vehicle ready for Xmas holidays. Matt navigated us through Jamie's vehicle accident repairs and set us up for success. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else but River City Hyundai. Now, Jamie wants a Tucson, and River City Hyundai customer service (read Matt in servicing) is the reason why we want to purchase from River City Hyundai. Thanks Matt!

I bought my first newish car from River city Hyundai rencently. I have driven an Elantra for the past 7 years that I bought from my father and decided it was time for a new car .I'm always very skeptical about going to dealerships and things because I'm a girl and I don't like being spoken to like I don't know anything about cars. I recently had two friends go to a different dealership and get told they wouldn't be able to buy a car without their husbands or father present. So I said to myself if I got even a hint of that attitude from the people here I wouldn't be buying a car .I went in and from the start was treated amazingly .No one pushed me .No one spoke down to me. No one treated me like the "dumb girl who doesn't know cars" like I have come to expect from dealerships. It's was great. I dealt with Billy and Richard mostly. I got to test drive some cars and I was never pressured into buying something out of my price range .I told Billy what I was looking for and what I wanted to spend and was shown exactly what I wanted. I ended up buying a 2017 Hyundai Sonata . I absolutely love it. I feel like I got a good deal and wasn't ripped off and If I need a new car any time I will be going back and recommending my friends go there as well. My only complaint is that I was hungry going in and they didn't have any snacks and I thought of it too late but I should have ordered a pizza there .or if they had like cookies or something to munch on I could have been less hangry hahaha .but the selection of pop and tea and coffee is great ! And of course the customer service and my new car are great as well.

Hands down the best car buying experience I have EVER had. The entire team we dealt with from beginning to end were professional, pleasant and truly listened to what I was looking for. Borna was an amazing salesman, Justin really made the numbers work for me and Kailey truly went above and beyond with financing (staying an hour after closing to make sure I got what I needed without having to make a second trip!).
